The room is clean and tidy. Since me and my colleagues stayed there quite often, i asked the marketing abiut corporate room rate.. Surprisingly the room rate given by the marketing staff was significantly higher compared to the tarriff on booking.com or any other travel websites. ?

Good location and nice staff. Good value for money Room would need a refurbishment, It’s a bit old and worn out and bed sheets were stained. Not a big deal but would be much better with some renovations.

The ambience is modern Security personnel is helpful The bed is comfy All in room facilities is working properly The cleaning service staff didn't check all the in room dust bin, i stayed for 3 nights and i threw up toilet paper in a bathroom dust bin since the day 1 but until the day 4 that trash still in there. Means they didn't clean in up well.

The place is well located and it provides excellent service. The Internet connection is not that stable. If you are thinking of doing some work that involves conference calls, the Internet will not be the best. Although next door there is a cafe with nice WiFi.

*The staff was very helpful and courteous. One of the front desk people organized a car to Rammang-Rammang for me which turned out to be with a very reliable driver. *Excellent location. *Comfortable room. *Good value for the money. *Breakfast was marginal. Lots of the items had been consumed and were not replaced with fresh new items. *Very noisy on my floor. Loud guests and lots of chaos after midnight. Also the canned music playing over the speakers in the hallway was a bit loud and would start playing at 7:30 in the morning. *The property is a bit worn and could use a little overhaul, but it's still nice enough.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel looks nice, the location is good and for the price you get a good value! The rooms are not quite as new as they seem on the website. Unfortunately the staff didn’t know too much about how and where to book a bus to go to the next city and when they are leaving. It would have been nice to get information also in the hotel.

I loved my stay so much that I extended for 3 extra nights. Very comfortable and big bed and a hot shower. Everything was clean. Breakfast was lovely and the pool was great. The hotel is close to losari beach and supermarkts. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean modern hotel with better than expected facilities Couldn’t buy a beer but it’s a Moslem town and beer easily available for the fridge from local supermarkets
