- friendly staff - very central, close to historical centre and amenities - clean and relatively modern room - WiFi was too weak to work in my room on 5th floor, only worked in lobby and hallway - bathroom dilapidated and not very clean - towels really old, worn and somewhat smelly

Very, very friendly and helpful stuff, but only one guy speaks just a little english. You can get nice food at the attached restaurant. Everything was dirty and the bedsheet disgusting. After seen my room, I asked straight away for a different one, because the bedsheet was full of stains. The new room had also disgusting bedsheets and they brought 4 new different ones to change, but the where all dirty. In the end I told him to just leave me the two cleanest one for double protection from the dirt of the mattresses cover which was even more disgusting. The water in the bathroom could not drain properly. I guess that's what you get here in Sulawesi in that price range.

Goor value for money! Good working wifi and a great location in the middle of the city. The beds weren’t very clean. The staff fixed in in two changes.

We stayed there one night only. The hotel is centrally located close to many restaurants, cafes, stall foods and convenient stores. Although we booked it for the very last moment, we received very quick and smooth check-in and check-out. Nice and helpful 24h reception service. New elevator. The room was clean, the bed, pillows and duvet soft and comfy. Aircon efficient. Warm water in the shower. Despite the central location our room was quiet and we slept very well. Overall, very good service for affordable price. Wifi signal was unstable and internet speed was unsatisfactory in the evening, but slightly improved in the morning.

Location and price. Ac was ok. We booked two nights, but stay only one, because it was really dirty. We got really dirty sheets and towels ( with hairs and dirt of all kind). Bathroom wasnt cleaned. Window cannot be clised properly. They changed sheets after complain imediatelly. Found coachroach in the bathrooms and used handkerchiefs beside beed. The hotel staff forket door card in our room and they didnt looking for it. So I felt unsecure, as this card can open every door in the hotel... We use it only to leep ac runing when we leave the room. We return the card when we leave the hotel. I advice you to stay away of this hotel.
