It is a great value for money. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very decent too. They provide very good laundry service, prices are very reasonable. Special thanks to the laundry staff, Mr. Dan. He is very friendly and very helpful.

The bed isn't comfortable, and the walls are not that sound proof, also the AC took very long time to get colder.

Very noisy from outside and other rooms nearby, until 2-3 am could hear people talking, fighting, laughing. The owners doesn't care anymore, it's starting to downgrading.

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. When I got there after my trip back from Toraja they, updated my room. The bed was comfortable, I had a great view of the city, which allowed me to pick out some points of interest that I could take a look at the next day. Also breakfast, was good too.

The a/c is very noisy and it was quite annoying during the night sleep. Also, there's some light that filters through the curtains even in the middle of the night.

Really great and friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice breakfast. Staff were willing to help us with whatever we asked (keep our luggages, help us with returning our scooter etc.) All great!

Booked a non smoking room and was put in a room that had evidence of smoking, cigarette burn marks on bed side tables and other areas. The hotel needs an extra lift as the one is used by the staff and takes a long time to return to the ground floor. Check in could have been more fluid rather than making me wait until the allowed time, I could have checked in before and then waited for the key.
