The breakfast and kitchen service. The window just show the roof and poor view. Without transparent glass so no privacy for us. The white blanket without properly cleaning, no good maintain of property, also the condition of room was very poor.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, and hot water. Also I tried restoran inside and it's not so bad. It's near mosque so it can be noisy.

Fully functional hotel. Good air ventilation with Daikin Air Conditioner System. We can tune in to lounge music from our own room. With two large Windows. Near to a few food outlets ( general to higher end choice pick) tuck next to it and a few buildings away form hotel. Within walking distance to nearby coffee shops. To me, Pantai Losari is near. I walked pass a few streets to get there (no issues). Friendly and informative front desk team. Hotel security is excellent. Hotel patrons must tap room access card at the lift. Fast Internet. Minor issue and perhaps only my preference. I just wish the TV screen is lower that is it is installed on the wall at the same level of our EYES LEVEL while watching TV programs.
