There is nothing in this hotel to like. Its not originla Ramada but management is different. So dont go with the name. Staff behaviour is concern specially front desk. I booked room with breakfast option but they said there is no meal option. Whenever I go anywhere I just opt for breakfast and confirmed the same with message to hotel but there were no responds. So things were pathatic.

Just location Filipinos are usually incredibly friendly and welcoming. That’s why I was quite surprised that the staff at this hotel, particularly those at the front desk, didn’t seem very friendly or smile much.

The staff are really nice and very helpful when I need help. The rooms are spacious and very quiet.. The housekeeper, kitchen staff and front desk are awesome! Location, love the steam room but every time I want to use it the 'in use' sign is on and not enough selection of classic Filipino food..

The staff were nice and approachable. The airconditioned in the room that we stayed in is leaking, and also the shower drain clogged everytime we take a bath. Importantly not satisfied of the cleanliness compared to other Ramada hotel abroad.

The staff is amazing ... Chon at the reception and Marian the head of the front office ..the housekeeping lady ,, I am sorry I don't know her name ?.. Joshua at the breakfast and the egg station lady. Amazing team ... I will come over and over again.

I had a great stay at Ramada. The location was perfect, close enough to the circuit tower and there are nearby shops and stores (7/11). The staff are all friendly and accommodating of my requests (e.g., flat iron, printing a document). They also have a bar at the top, where you can check out the view and have drinks. I love their amenities, and so far the only problems I had were 1) that the shower was hard set to the perfect temperature, 2) the noise from the room next to mine was still audible (I could hear the kids being too noisy at some point).

Windows could need some cleaning from the outside. Inside of the room was in perfect condition and clean though.
