The staff were very kind and efficient. We stayed in the hotel in two occasions and there was no problem to leave the extra luggage we did not need at the hotel. The air conditioning worked very well - the rooms were clean. The hotel is not too far away from the airport and nearby there are at least two big shops where it is easy to find either restaurants or food to buy. When going downtown we relied on Grab. It is very nice to be able to refill drinkable water (cold and hot) on every floor. The rooms are not too big if you have big suitcases but one can manage.

The hotel is close to many public transportation options making it easy to get around Manila and nearby areas. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and there was a water dispenser in the hallway for drinking water. The area felt safe, even when walking to the bus terminal at 3am. There is audible street noise, including late at night. Obviously this is not the hotel's fault, but it is something to consider if you are a light sleeper. I should note that my stay was over Lunar New Year, so noise level from the street could have been a bit higher than normal.

Very clean and comfortable When we arrived we was told a double bed room (which we booked) was not available so we had to go into a family room which is fine, we then had to move rooms the next day to the double bed room which was just hard work as we are travelling so having to repack our bags (long) and move just for 1 night when it wasn’t our fault the room we booked wasn’t available the first time so was annoying. Nothing serious but other then that was really good

Cleanliness As we arrived at the hotel no available room for us even though i already made a reservation through booking.com. Then the staff ask us to pay for additional payment for the upgraded room.
