I reserved a room a week before my arrival and when we arrive to the place they said it is fully booked they can't accommodate us even I'm already paid my reservation for a night that's stupid

We never get inside. No one picks up the call for check in. Need to book another accomodation urgent

I wasn’t informed that there’s a 1k deposit. I don’t mind if I was informed beforehand, what if a guest doesn’t have cash on hand Also, the small fridge was dirty

Great location, walking distance to all the shopping malls. The room was very clean and modern. We booked the bunk bed room as it was the cheapest for 1 night. However the bed wasn’t a full adult size. My boyfriend who is 6ft couldn’t fit in the bed. I’m 5ft 4 and I only just fit in the length of the bed frame. I managed to have an okay night sleep, however my boyfriend wasn’t comfortable not being able to stretch his legs out straight.

Nothing DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was full of cockroaches, and I mean full!! They were in the cupboards, in the bathroom, under the bed and some were even IN the bed!! We have tried to contact the property about this multiple times but they have simply ignored us. The worst hotel we have ever stayed in!

We were well received in the middle of the night. The reception was not open but you have to contact the owner by phone when you arrive. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Staff was courteous and approacheable, Overall the place was neat and accessible, though you need to be wary of pickpockets outside Only 1 towel was given even if the stay was for 2 persons, you also need to bring your own toiletries.

location is near my places of interest and business, convenience store, catholic church, small eating spaces are just around the corner. transportation to pasay and ayala center is very accessible. Sheets and towel appear clean. the auto-rejection of request for late check-in in the booking app. Description in the booking app also notes that room is for two pax, but the room is actually too small for 2 pax, everything in the room is small, the bed, restroom, basically no space to move around even if you are alone. I booked for 2 pax, i could not imagine how we could have slept in the bed if my companion actually came, omg. Looks like someone just shaved or cut hair in tje room, small hairs scattered on the table. Cupboard has some leftover trash as well. Because it is near a church and busy street,, sound from outside can be annoying.
