I get it that the Hotel is very budget friendly but i don't get it why most of the STAFF in this Hotel are not Hospitable! From the receptionist up to their restaurants. This is the first Hotel i've encountered very bad. Hope you could improve and have a proper train on how to handle guest!!

the staff wasn’t nice, wifi sucks, no hair dryers, shower too short, facility’s quality really poor and they asked me deposit 1000peso for security that really ridiculous and make no sense. bad experience. no recommend.

Property was easy to locate when searched through google. We asked for a table to put our things and so it could be used while eating but our request was not granted up until the time we checked out. Some rusts on steel frames of the bed and very little amount of water coming out of the bathroom faucet. No hot water for coffee.

rooms must be renovated... so bad... towels are odorous... aircons are very noisy...we slept only 2 nights because we went in Japan ... Noisy aircons... i accidentally broke my key and they charged me 500 pesos ??? hahaha..( may lamat na kase ang key kaya madaling naputol)... anyway, i didnt resist to pay...just saying...

良かったところ： ・ホテル、室内が綺麗かった。 ・エアコン、シャワーが普通に使えた。 ・アメニティ用品があった。 ・部屋周辺の雑音はほとんどなかった。 ・スタッフさん達の愛想が良かった。 改善願いたいところ ・チェックイン時のデポジットが千ペソだった。 ※チェックアウト時に戻ってきたので問題ないが記載(500ペソ)と違うので不安を伴った。 総合的に値段の割には良好と思います。
