I didn't stay because of the location.

Location,near to most places we went to Sort of busy street

new and well maintained rooms good and clean the elevator is fast and easy to use the staff is the highlight if this propriety really thank you all nothing

noisy street and dogs parking around the hotel . lots of cars and bikes around . rooms need to be clean before gust arrive . i found some hairs on the ground and stains on the sheets .

The evening staff was very friendly Wifi reach was a little shoddy to the room on the far end of the hotel I got.

Their security is very good but the guard was not very helpful and courteous. He couldn't even assist in opening the door knowing that I am with a handful of my things. And it happened several times that I took notice of his being unmindful. He will just deliberately watch and attend to his cellphone. Other than that, my experience was wonderful.

I like the customer service, the staffs are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. I had several requests and immediately they provided it to me. Clean and comfy bed and a lot of cabinet/storage to keep your things. I didn't like the shower water is too low, also water on the floor are not totally drain and some dirt found below the mirror (edge of the lavatory) each time i clean few minutes later it's back again. I hope you can fix it. No nearby restaurants in the area, use food delivery.

I like everything in this hotel. The staff are very polite and the room is very clean. Hot and cold shower is working great. AC is also good. I didn't like the parking. The entrance is extremely small and hard to get in since there has been multiple cars parked at the entrance.
