The aircon works really nice. room is very cold. strong water in comfort rooms, Crews are very pleasant. Theres a lot of rats somewhere in the ceiling. I was very uncomfortable when I was about to sleep. running and scratching somewhere in the ceiling.

I would like to commend the staff. I wish they would be consistently courteous. Their smiles and warm greetings are very important in making guests feel welcome. Whenever I had a request, they responded promptly, which I truly appreciated. The room space I stayed in was sufficient for one to two guests. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable. And although there was some noise at the hallway, it was tolerable and not disturbing. I recently stayed for one night on the first floor. I hope that in future stays, the rooms will be well-ventilated and free from any enclosed odors, especially for guests with sinus concerns. During my stay, I transferred to another room. I am quite particular about the cleanliness of the restroom, and I noticed some black stains on the lower portion of the shower door. May I kindly suggest applying a stronger cleaning aid to address this. Additionally, regarding the beddings, it would be greatly appreciated if newer bed sheets could be provided to ensure a fresher and more comfortable experience. Thank you for your attention to these details. I look forward to improved accommodations in my future visits.

You pay for what you get there was no free water or refrigerator or kettle in the room but across the road was alphamart so you could get what you needed

The place is so noisy. No proper blanket. They put bedsheet as blanket.

Location, Parking and the Staff Having 2 single bed for a solo traveler. AC needs fixing. Toilet Bidet needs replacement.

Location is convenient Grayish bath towel/ heater not working, there is no bottled water atleast, noisy a/c. Other than that, the location is then only acceptable.

The room size was good for me and AC is properly working.The staff was all good they're very approachable. Thank you. The room is not so clean. I saw cockroach and in the bathroom. They don't have bidet.

I was puzzled about my payment since my booking was paid via credit card but I was asked another payment when I arrived in the hotel. after my stay, I found out there was a late charges in my credit card. My bad, I wasn't able to ask a receipt for my payment. I'm writing this to let the other customers be aware of what is happening

location out of the way, poor location, reasonably clean. Was not easy to access. Parking was limited. No elevator in the hotel. No essential grooming products provided in room they stated bottle water was provided but was not in the room requested a change of dates because one guest was not going to arrive on time. No consideration on the issue. very strict policy allthough shifting dates one day would not likely have meant anything for them. Just a stupid decision that made the stay less than enjoyable. Wont book with booking .com again, would not have with an experience i had previously but in fact Agoda is worse than booking .com. I will use a VPN next time to book on a North American site instead of these asian hotel sites.
