I like it's in Greenbelt area Pool is yucky and room. Toilet is yucky shower is not working good resto. Is expensive and took. Longer to serve too pricey but not worth it

Great location near malls and restaurants...the room is clean and smells good including the hallways....for the price the I paid it's a great value for money..... There's an on-going renovation right now so the lobby and hallway leading to and from elevators are a bit noisy and dusty.

Great location - since my work arrangement is in Makati area. There is McDonald & 7eleven nearby and is walking distance which were open past 10pm. Parking js Free! Front desk will ignore you if it’s not yet 2pm. Front desk staff was out of her desk from 11am-1:30pm. Security needed to call her somewhere else from time to time. We were asking if we could check in early or at least pay but she just walk by us. The rooms smells old. Everything is old. Elevator squeaks. Bed is hard. They did not update the posting that swimming pool under renovation. It does not have any water & the location of the pool is in between hotel building & school & library.

This is a great location, right next to Greenbelt 3 shopping mall. The rooms aren't huge, but they are clean, comfy and have a fridge and amenities. They have been renovating the rooms so they're quite nice. The carpets are a bit dated, but always very clean. The bed is also really comfortable. When I come into Makati for work, this is my go to place for overnight stays, it's a hidden gem and I've been coming here for over fifteen years. The staff are always excellent. Highly recommended! Nothing to complain about, it was up to the usual high standard of service it always is.

The location was close to everything I needed, and the staff was very responsive. The place felt very safe and secure. The internet was very strong and secure, and allowed me to work properly from there. The whole building was old and musty, and you could tell, right from the get-go.

Across of Greenbelt and all the malls, very fair price and better than a year before what I stayed again. Krizia in reception make good job.

I know that AIM is quite an old building but I didnt expect the furnitures to be old, scratched and with stains as well. The only redeeming factor is the friendly staff from reception, security down to cleaners. I love the fact that when I request beddings to be change its done without question. It boils down to the age of the accomodation where the room doesn’t look clean. We went to eat breakfast at the restaurant but we retreated and left bec the smell was overwhelmingly bad like it hasnt been aired for a long time. Location wise its excellent and thank God that the hot water system works. Furniture should be replaced and yes even the bed because it creaks and moves when the person next to you moves. I should have requested 2 single beds.
