Immediately after arriving they assisted with bags and kept opening doors for us, everyone was helpful and friendly! there was no iron or laundry service at the hotel

It was close to the greenbelt mall The hot water shut off every time I left my room, the room smelled of mold, the bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast is expensive

The location could not be beat. The hotel was quiet but close to so much. I enjoyed the area and atmosphere very much. Easy to find transportation to venture out. The day I arrived, the room was scorching hot. The air wasn’t blowing cold. Learn that the filter was full of dirt, once cleaned it got better. The second day, no hot water, maintenance again to learn the hot water heater needed to be replaced. Once that was done, it was fine. The third day, the toilet would not flush….it was issue after issue. But with that said, it didn’t stop me from having a great time in Manila….they do not offer water, but there is a water system on each floor and you needed to leave the room to fill this relatively small water container. I don’t really appreciate hotels that have you remove your card when you leave the room, it keeps you coming back to a very hot room. I don’t find this is the norm, thank goodness.

Location Loud sound right behind the window which made me impossible to sleep, 5 hours of sleep because they couldn’t fix it for all night ?♂️

There was not enough parking space. The supposed free parking is only applicable if you can chance on the 1 parking space available. We had to pay for overnight parking on our 1st night. We got lucky on the 2nd night.

Location!!! First I would say that the price for our accomodation did not match. The free breakfast was cold! When we asked for the room to be cleaned, it was ignored. There is not AC in the gym or in the hallways and foyer. We will not be staying there again!!!

The location is great. Right by the megamalls. There was a big tub in the bath room but no hot water. No restaurant. Very old building from early 20th century.
