Location was great! Close to everything I needed to go! The staffs were exceptional, very friendly, respectful and helpful! They did great job… shout out to Rhuel, Kath, Jerylle and Diana from housekeeping! Thank you, you made my stay enjoyable!! The linens and towels were too worn out!

Nothing. Everything. Rooms were small. Old bedding and towels. No hot water. TV did not work. Safe was way too small. Etc...

They serve food that's undercooked and unpeeled ingredients for sinigang .The supervisor obviously wants to keep the incident,,and compensated me with another meal..but still a very unnegligible kitchen incident.The staff,are always panicking and unrelaxed at the reception. Room is without ventilation or windows.

It’s in the center of manila. Staff are super friendly Linens and towel has stains. Wifi is terrible, breakfast buffet food are underrated. Noisy area and I couldn’t get no sleep

The room was a hot/cold vortex. The AC was on full blast but was only cold in one spot in the room. The rest of the room was extremely hot and stuffy. The building looked like it was very old with poorly executed renovations. The photo of the room from booking.com was not the room that we got. If I had seen an accurate representation of the rooms I wouldn't have stayed.
