There was no breakfast at the hotel but a couple of places nearby had a breakfast choice! The Hotel does not and will not accept payment with Chip and Pin (not even with the Card you used to make the booking). No amount of persuasion would convince the rather rude and arrogant receptionist otherwise. YOU BOOKING.COM. SHOULD MAKE IT ABSOLUTELY CLEAR THAT THIS HOTEL ONLY ACCEPTS PAYMENT IN CASH IN FULL ON YOUR ARRIVAL. THERE ARE NO OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE. I was lucky that i was carrying some Cash on behalf of a friend of mine. Would I stay at this hotel again? Never in a million years!

The staffs are generally nice. Only, the receptionist follows a protocol that doesn’t make sense. It’s not her. It’s the management. I like the bidet toilet. Very small rooms, cutlery is not complete. In my sisters room there’s is no table. In my room there is no mirror in the room. Only the small one in the toilet. No hair dryer, no iron, no coffeemaker and most of all, no free breakfast.

We appreciate and like the staff ( guards, front desk staff, maintenance person and housekeeper) of this hotel. Very accommodating and friendly. They all tried to help us with our needs and requests. They are all exceptional. The facility. 1. Not clean. Our beddings( pillows, sheets, bedcover), and towels seem not laundered properly. They are not white anymore, which is gross. I did not use their towel at all. It is good we brought our own. Pillows are already yellow in color. Walls have lots of marks and some paints that seem not finished. 2. No place to hang our towels in the bathroom. I hung our towels in the doorknob. 3. Aircon in our room is working BUT not cold. The maintenance guy said it is because the aircon is old, but the owner still wants to use it and refuse to replace it. 4. Garbage can in the bathroom has no plastic liner 5. No other garbage can in the room 6. We cannot use the TV because the remote control is not working.
