The place is decent overall—nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done. One of its biggest advantages is the location, as it’s just across from BGC, making it very convenient for getting around. Great for accessibility, though there’s still a bit of room for improvement in terms of the overall experience. Our stay had some ups and downs. The WiFi connection was quite unstable, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to work during your stay. We were initially assigned to the 5th floor, but after raising the issue, the hotel kindly transferred us to the ground floor, which we appreciated. Another thing to note is that housekeeping isn’t provided by default—you’ll need to request room cleaning when needed. While the staff was accommodating, these points are worth considering before booking.

Nothing Bugs all in the room. Room smelt like mold and urine

Solar water heater exclusive to system. No hot showers, warm only at mid day.

The rooms are tidy and the staff’s are nice. Even helped me out to photocopy some papers. The proximity of the hotel to shops, restaurants and coffee shops are just walking distance. They do have water refilling area at the hallway and the elevators are not often busy. Make sure to choose the one that says near ihotel when booking from GRAB as the other option might drop you off from the opposite street.

The location gives access to everything and everywhere one needs and wants to go; safe, guest-friendly staff and neighborhood. The air conditioning unit in my room is a little noisy that i had trouble sleeping the first night...

what breakfast? Ok, I knew there was no restaurant. But the price was good. A kettle and mugs were there.. so it would have been good if there were teabags/ milk / coffee sachets.

Great Location. It is near Uptown BGC. Loading and Unloading passengers at the front of the hotel for Grab and taxi rides. It can cause traffic.

I did not like that they put Uptown BGC as it is misleading on there trade name, the property is at the back of BGC ( there is a lot of small houses and stores outside the hotel gate - stray dogs and cats, rats, smelly canal will meet you as soon as your out of the gate). Towels were off white already. It took us almost an hour to ask for a toilet paper.
