An Absolute Masterpiece of a Stay Simply Perfection! If I could give this hotel ten stars, I would in a heartbeat. From the moment we arrived for our anniversary, we were treated to an unparalleled level of hospitality that turned a great trip into an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a breathtaking corner suite on the 38th floor, offering panoramic views that were worth the price of admission alone. The room was immaculately clean, and the daily housekeeping was flawless, always leaving us with fresh linens and a generous supply of free bottled water every single day. They even went out of their way to include some incredibly thoughtful touches that made our anniversary celebration feel truly special. After a week here, my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. The dining and entertainment completely blew us away. The daily breakfast buffet is a culinary marvel, covering practically every national cuisine you could dream of. I never expected to become someone who craves miso soup first thing in the morning, but their execution was so authentic and delicious that it became my daily staple! After long, exhausting days out touring the vibrant streets of Manila, there was nothing better than returning to the hotel and being greeted by incredible live music playing in the lobby every single night. It was the perfect, sophisticated oasis to unwind and reflect on our day. If you are looking for world-class service, pristine luxury, and an experience that gets every single detail right, look no further. We will absolutely be back! Having to leave.

The pool is a nice touch albeit it being 4ft deep. Very nice and modern hotel. Loved that there were two bathrooms in the standard double room. Front desk staff are very helpful and nice. There was some ringing noise coming from the ceiling of my first room. I called guest services and got me into a new room within 30 minutes.

Amazing beautiful property. Top of the line for the area. 6 star property!! Had an amazing lounge. One of the best in the world with amazing views and food was just outstanding. Also had great restaurants in the hotel and a great rooftop restaurant the peak. Amazing views! Nothing. Property was outstanding.

The breakfast was amazing! Every single staff member I came in contact with, made me feel important and that they were happy to help me. Any requests that we had were carried out promptly. Room service was perfect.
