The facility is fine except for very small rooms. It is in a poor run down area with no good places to eat.

We stayed for one night in this hôtel and it was really bad cause we booked that one to have a rest during the afternoon in the amenities (gym and swiming pool) but all was closed because they made some pictures. It was the end of our trip si we didn’t expected that. We asked if the manager could do something for us like a commercial offer, a discount or a refund to find an other hôtel with amenities available and the manager laughed by message to the assistant saying that we paid just for the rooms and that the swiming pool and gym are just free… so not commercial at all ! So we spend time in the room that is really tiny and not really pleasant.

The security guard on duty at night was not accomodating. The bed in the room not comfy. I suggest to have even a small table

The pool Wifi so slow it’s useless Fake cafeteria Tall and hard pillows AC not working Generally I can sleep anywhere, but this is the only place in my years of travel where I didn’t manage to rest, very uncomfortable No drinking water The list can go on and on

For a 3-star hotel, the presence of a fitness center facility plus the pool area really tells something! The area is located within the residential area, kind of hard to focus and enjoy your staycation.

The rooms have cockroaches, I killed many. I requested to clean the room, they have cleaned it but still the cockroaches are there, when I woke up in the morning, a cockroach was in the bed near my pillow. They need to pest control the full building.

The most was the Pool facility less wifi signal inside room probably blocked by wall or plenty of users in top floors that time.

location as its close to cbg high street rooms where covered in mold...aircon had so much mold inside it was hard to breath, so it can be more affordable but its not worth your health. pillows are hard as a rock. and they ask for a deposit of 1000 pesos per room

I've stayed before a couple times but it keeps getting worse. Elevator was not working , leaking pipe in room. Rooms are too small. And over priced compared to before. The staff and area is great. The place is accessible for any type of transportation. The room is so small and with some cockroach . No side table and even amenities, only towel and tissue. The corridor smells bad.
