0 like I was having issues in 858 OYO and the receptionist was so rude and he took extra money and doesn’t want to extend my stay The staff was really bad attitude

The property is quiet and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay. However, the main drawbacks are the internet connection and the air conditioning. The Wi-Fi isn’t strong enough to support my online classes, and the air conditioner doesn’t cool the room effectively, often leaving me waking up sweaty. Aside from these issues, everything else is great for the price. Will consider rebooking this place when I visit Manila again.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to major attractions and restaurants. It made it easy to explore the area without needing to travel far.

It's walking distance to BGC which is good if you walk past the shell gas station, any other way is chaotic and we don't recommend. The staff are friendly and the neighbourhood seems safe. The rooms are nice, although we've stayed at nicer places for less. In our room, the windows weren't sealed, and the aircon unit was right by our heads as we slept. Anywhere else this would be fine, but for a small road it sure gets noisy. The garbage truck each morning sounded like a titanic fog horn in our room.
