Close to my destination but not safe outside. Too small for 2 twin bed, breakfast included but it was take out from outside and only good for small kid. Not even have a coffee maker in the room or complementary water bottle

Close to bgc,laundry shop and mini store.Decent room and comfortable bed. Not too noisy from outside. With elevator welcoming front desk personnel. Checking in was smooth same with checking out. Sometime the tv would just turn off or when you turn it on will show no service. For Netflix you need to log in through your account

It did have a nice gym. The hotel was cheap but the area it was in had a very busy street and very loud when trying to get to sleep. There wasn't daily room cleaning I had to search for the people to take out the trash and get towels.

That the Bathroom is so small and so different when booking from the app. The Bed is not properly cleaned. The sheets are stained and uncomfortable. The location is very crowded and noisy. Far from the real BGC

didn't get to have breakfast since i didn't stay that long- hopefully next time! i wish i didn't pay that much.

the bed was not too soft and was confortable enough. aircon was enough to make the room chilly. there was a water dispenser per floor and a pitcher and mugs in the room. there are a lot of diners around if you want cheap meals. the shower is too small, plus the sink is on the way. you might end up being in contact with the sliding door which doesnt look very clean.

The hotel was very clean and minimalistic. Staff were very helpful and the room is very clean. Facilities such as the gym and coffee shop were more than I expected. Very good value for money! Location is difficult to go to (its in the main road) and there's not a lot of options for restaurants and convenience stores (there's only 1 nearby). Would have been nice to have a toothbrush and some more smaller towels, but given that it's a budget hotel, it's not a deal breaker.

I highly recommend this hotel because it was surrounded with shops, everything we need are easy accessible. The staff are kind and nice. I would definitely choose MySTAY Hotel BGC EAST on my next vacation! Nothing

The room air conditioning is really cooling. I also like the location and free use of gym. The bed itself is comfortable but the bedsheet and blanket were kinda itchy. I had trouble sleeping because of the discomfort. The floor was dusty too.
