Junction Hostel, Poblacion Makati Avenue, Manila maintained the gym equipment well and the pool was crystal clear. Towels were always available and the facilities had regular cleaning schedules posted clearly.

It was dirty and they didnt give me a proper pillow case. It was just a totally messy room. bed and sheets had stains

We left our backpack while travelling in the philippines, when we came back someone robbed two pair of shoes. I called the manager to know if was possible to check the camera but she started yelling at me. Absolutley do not go there also because looks completly different in the photo.

Nothing. My experience in Junction Hostel Población Makati Avenue, Manila was awful. When I arrived the room that I had booked was not available for me. It was occupied for another people. Also the installation was terrible, the bathrooms were very dirty and most of them were unavailable. The hostel don’t have any signal. Very bad experience, I couldn’t use my booking reservation, they cancelled it and and they gave me two beds in a shared room when had booked a private room for two people. Luckily was only one night but I will never recommend this hostel. In booking app they cancelled my reservation and the app said that “I didn’t show up at the property” but that is lie. I was there and the experience was terrible. The images in booking app was very good and acceptable but when I arrived to the hostel in Manila the reality was so different…
