Beautiful house and great location. Ate Jena and staff were exceptional and very accommodating for our large group of 13.

A character property tucked away in a low rise residential area but very close to commercial Rockwell mall on one side and nightlife on the other. Perfect for our family group of 10 - providing a memorable experience staying in Manila. We loved the original historic architectural features of the house - a rare find. Housekeeper was helpful and attentive. Thank you. Some slight plumbing issues but these were resolved.

Great hosts, helped us with everyrhing we needed. It was too hot in the rooms, fan wasnt enough, and the air was stiff inside the houss

La Casita Mercedes is a wonderful place to immerse yourself in the authentic filipino neighbourhood experience. Loved the nostalgia, rushing out to greet the local street vendors for taho, balut, buko juice, walking to the local palengke and yet having the option to go to trendy eateries and bars in the area. The ladies were lovely in their service, and Sam the customer relations manager ;) was quite the charmer. 1) For business travellers the wifi needs a bit of updating, however it may just be an area quirk. 2) Street noise can be a bit of an issue. Recommend sleeping with ear plugs on.

The place is unique and instagram-worthy, a gem within the city. The house is also clean. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The location has no sure parking but we were fortunate to have an available space right in front of the house because the street was still under repair but once street works are finished it will be a hassle to look for parking. Also the additional charge per head for the wedding preps is quiet steep. The refrigerator has limited space for the food that we brought in.
