The place is in the city itself. Nearby to mostly everything. Lack of facility like rag, slippers, tv not working properly, lights are limited, insects are everywhere in the toilet.

I found myself playfully competing to reach the door before they noticed me, just to open it myself. Each room is meticulously clean and equipped with everything you need, including a toothbrush and a small tube of toothpaste. This thoughtful gesture eliminates the need to worry about additional items, making your stay even more comfortable. The pricing is very reasonable, and the location is simply perfect. I’ve extended my stay there twice and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The area is located in the city center which is very helpful during my trip. - No towels, needed to wait for morning - the balcony door was broken and white difficult to lock and close which I didn't really feel safe - Due to an unlocked balcony door, I wasn't able to sleep well as I heard all the city noise during my stay!

I highly doubt it is 3 stars hotel! it has been the worst hotel I ever stayed! I think it is faked rating as well. I only stayed there for 3 hours then I decide to left.

The good is the location - makati - if you are planning a business trip. The room is big and spacious. Reasonable cost. Good for short business trip. Staff is good. Internet is free and fast. The hotel is basic. Old facility - needs upgrade. Aircondition is noisy with no temp adjustment. No gym. A ok breakfast not included in hotel cost. It is good 2 star hotel with basic amenities.

The place is no frills inexpensive hotel. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are good and the location is walking distance restaurants. The parking is tight and careful since it is too high always hit the front end to pavement.
