One thing I like about this place is its location—it’s very close to Trident Tower for the NCLEX exam I don’t like the bathroom since the towels seem old and the bathtub leaks?

The location is ok, business district with a few decent restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet wasn’t anything spectacular, but was enough to get some decent food in your stomach. The old musty smell, windows were dirty with scotch tape like someone had hung kids posters. The bed was rock hard and shower didn’t really have hot water. TVs were tiny.

Booked 2 rooms double beds 8 adults beds were small barlleid fitted, 2 towels each room charged extra for 2 towels each room

Frontdesk staff is accommodating. Place is very accessible and food at the restaurant is good. Free breakfast is a plus too but brewed coffee has a taste of the perculator. Thank you for the free room upgrade! Towels are worn out and bathroom has no curtain and can be seen by other buildings though not that near to be seen without the aid of binoculars.

It is easy access and close to trident tower for anyone who has a scheduled exam. Early check in isn’t possible even if you have informed them prior to check in which is very inconvenient for us because we have a very early arrival from other country. We waited 6 hours and were very sleepy and tired.

Pool was nice and the staff at reception desk were attentive Definitely in a business district so very few dining options on weekends. Housekeeping staff needs some help. We had to request coffee packets almost every day and didn’t get any towels one day. Breakfast was not very good and very limited choices.
