I tried calling the hotel countless times regarding my reservation before check-in and again after check-out about a lost key, using the phone number listed online. The line kept ringing, and no one ever answered.

good unit for single traveller - great shower bed in corner not easy to access

the STAFF! The building and ita facilities are okay and rooms are clean but needs newer furnitures.

Everything was superb Beyond my expectation.

Close to coffee shops and few restaurant. 24/7 reception and security. ?? The basement parking area feels unsafe like in a horror movie and needs significant improvement. The toilet and shower space is extremely small and uncomfortable, and the bathroom door is not lockable. The other lift is not working every morning. Acoustics is not good as well. You will always hear your neighbors’ voice especially at night.

Proximity to restaurants, cafes, convenience store and malls. The room has a mini fridge that will not cool properly. Staff replaced my room fridge with a newer version on request. Keep in mind that if if you have food items that needs to be kept frozen they don’t have a freezer. I’ve stayed at other facility where they have a freezer and staff will keep it for you. Also, bathroom towels provided were old and not in condition anymore. People come in go in the reception area, security isn’t as tight as I thought.

Great location, with nearby convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Big swimming pool. Friendly staff. The lay out of the room, with the toilet and bath at the center. But overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Nothing I left even though I had paid for the night because the air quality was so bad; the AC and ventilation were terrible and filthy. The room has a musty smell of moisture, and the Facebook photo doesn’t accurately show the current state; it was likely taken during the hotel’s launch. I had to book another hotel for the night

The air conditioning unit struggled to keep the room cool. Thermostat showed 26 degrees. The a/c tech said this was normal since the sensor was near the room door. I also did not receive reimbursement for the 1000 pesos deposit. I called and sent messages and email but no response.

My wife and I have stayed here many times in the past year and a half. We love the location and it's always a nice and clean room with friendly staff. If you're a foreigner, like myself, and you're used to rooms with a bit more space, these are a little tight. Mainly around the bed. But it's fairly common here. The price is very fair here on Booking.com. If you would like a really nice place with more space, Seda Residences is like 2 blocks away. But you'll pay 3-4 times the price there. The Mini Suites are a great value in that regard. The only 2 things we don't like are that the rooms are not quiet when it comes to your neighbors. You can hear people in the rooms next to you even when they aren't being loud. And if they are loud? Well I've had to let neighbors know a couple times that they were loud by. The second thing is that the water in the showers tends to fluctuate between hot/warm and cold/cool no matter what setting you put it on or what room you're in. With the exception of 1 room that I can think of. Only 1 room so far didn't have this issue.

The bed and they key card - only one was provided

Suite 1243 was more spacious and unkept than my previous suite 511. the extra few bucks were worth it.

I like that it is in a very strategic location. I was expecting for large windows, as posted in the photos, but was given a room with a very small-sized one.
