a bit of dust on some frames, the curtain of the window can't be open, one ipis was dry dead still on the wall behind the curtain, bidet just broke after use.

Located close to the Glorietta Greenebelt mall Elevator does not work properly, and you must call the front desk to request the elevator to your floor every time you are coming down to lobby. The stairwells are no better with trash, shoots, overflowing, and garbage stacked on the floor in the stairwells.

I visit this place already 6 years at least 10-12 stays yearly. Very central safe and low budget. For this price all is ok. Please fix the elevators…!!!

Liked the location as it is very close to shopping malls I didn't like the elevator. When I asked online, nobody was answering about the status of the elevator. Giving Feedback is not good in this property.

Great location -- Greenbelt is an excellent area and close to shops, malls, restaurants, convenient stores, laundry mat. Friendly and respectful staff. Guests should have been informed that only one elevator is functioning. It would have given customers a chance to look at other possible options.

The check in was easy, the location was a very short walk to Greenbelt Park. Could use a few upgrades to the apartment.

The elevators are a nightmare. It's an old building, so you'd have to call to have the elevator come up to your floor. It's also quite outdated, so I wouldn't stay overnight, but if you're on a budget, this could be a decent stay.

The location is great, next door is Greenbelt 4 or 5 . Fast food Subway to the right of the entrance and to the left is a bakery and seven eleven convenient store. The room is spacious for two with two single beds. Our room has a big refrigerator but kitchen utensils are limited. The staff are great, very helpful. MRT Ayala is a 20 minute walk, longer if one uses the footbridge but a good choice because you don't have to walk outside in the heat of the sun. The condotel needs a renovation!!! The elevator is under repair so it's quite frustrating. It's working but limited.

Great location, easy access to shops and other hotels Only one elevator was functional and only partly. An elevator operator had to be phoned each time one had to go down, because the buttons at each floor werent working. My room was on the 14th floor so the process was very inconvenient. I also found a dead roach in my bathroom when I arrived.

The elevation was broken. The pool area was not maintained and I was not sure if it was clean enough to go into the pool. The mattress was really hard. There were ants in the room.
