Walkable. Laundry and 7 eleven nearby Luggage storage Charge for everything sometimes very noisy old a/c No easy drop off or pickup area Paid for breakfast. No milk included for coffee

Housekeeping was thorough and Ken always did a great job cleaning my room. The bed was really comfortable with clean white linens and towels. Good food in the restaurant and great friendly staff. Good location!

It’s a great Hotel. The Staff throughout are very helpful and friendly. Security always there to open the door for you. Check-in was easy and with smiles. The place is very clean. The breakfast or really good. The skillet omelette is good and the food in general is quality along with the coffees. The kitchen staff are great. I stayed in a triple room because the price was right even though I’m just one. The bed is really comfortable,with white sheets and pillow cases. I mean really white and clean and soft. The towels were also white. Some hotels have old grey towels. The location is at the bottom of Burgos st. So you can avoid all the clubs (when you want to) ! 7/11 2 doors down. Restaurants close by. Of course it has a cold fridge tv coffee pot ect. There isn’t a gym but I went to the mall 5 minutes walk to Gym for daily workout. I extended my stay a few times so for me it is a great place to stay. I’ll always come back.The standard rooms are small but you know that when booking right? It’s a great value though. No complaints

The location is great. I would like to commend hotel receptionist - KIA for her outstanding hospitality. She greeted me warmly, was attentive to my needs, and made me feel truly welcome. Her professionalism combined with her friendly demeanor created a pleasant experience. She is an asset to the team and deserves recognition for her excellent service. Few parking slots. The hotel rooms are not consistent. Some don't have hot water. The water goes warm but goes back to normal cold temperature. And some rooms, their aircon does not go cold.

The receptionist duty upon our check-out seems to be not so hospitable. She was training 2 new front staff.

the staff was friendly enough but the check-in took forever for my friend that was checking in before us and is staying with us. they could have done better at it. noisy aircon, the shower drain is draining too slowly and the toilet door is noisy too.

I love staying at UHotels! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. The rooms are nice and clean, but what steals the show is the breakfast. I can't get enough of the delicious Binondo Longganisa—it's simply mouthwatering! The only little hiccup during our stay is the internet connection in the room. We have to head down to the lobby to take our work calls since the signal isn’t great. It would be wonderful if the lobby's speedy internet could be available in the rooms!

This is a very good budget hotel. I've stayed several times, always enjoyed the place. Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is friendly and accommodating. The cafe in the hotel is very good; also, across the street, "Kanto Freestyle" is excellent. My only advice is, some rooms are without windows. Personally I prefer a room with window. When booking, make sure you see "city view" on the room description if this is important to you. The window rooms are a few dollars more, and worth it. A few blocks away is the red light district, but the area around U Hotel is far enough removed. I used motorbike or taxi to travel to other areas of Makati, so as to avoid the sketchy area. Power Plant Mall is walking distance (or a short motorbike ride). No hesitation recommending this hotel for families, couples, solo travelers, or any others.
