I didn't like anything at all Booking took money from my account and at the reception they made me pay again, the staff was very rude

Basic hotel and you get what you pay for. For a cheap stay it ticked most boxes. The staff were all friendly and always willing to assist. For what we paid I guess it was passable but the toilet stopped working on the morning we checked out, there was no kettle in the room only a pod machine (with no pods), the air-conditioning broke down and the room safe didn't work. Things were just a little tired and worn.

No hot water the entire 6 days and no amount of asking resulted in anything, the lift to level 7 did not work for almost 2 days, the room was never cleaned.

Nice stuff in general, friendly faces. Room size is okay with some view from the windows. I changed rooms 3 times within 4 nights stay. 2 times, because internet was just not working at all in the room. Other time, cause the lift was broken (and I was staying on the 8th floor). Everything is super dated and seem WAY better days. I said it has windows with view? Yeah, not really sound-proof, you will hear all the sirens on the streets. Overall, I stayed in like 10 hotels in Manila and this was the worst by a very wide margin.

No hot water and closed pool or "jacuzzi" during summer. Gym is a shoe box with 1 machine. Checked out early. I would avoid at all cost

The hotel is old, shower didn't work, not good location, nothing around. There's stairs but turns out to be utility use only. Can't get back inside, was not marked. I booked and marked airport transport and free breakfast, it wasn't. I had to pay Grab
