Love the hotel overall, it was a great stay. Easy check in and check out. Loveeee it. The hotel vibe is great. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Nothing really, but if I'm nit-picking, maybe they could improve the cocktails but that's a very minor detail.

Every staff smiles and greet whenever see us. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is great but lack of varieties. The room is clean and comfortable. Location is accessible to nearby local restaurants. Lack of variety choices of breakfast buffet.

I've always like this hotel. Even under new owners, the service and quality has not dropped. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing, spacious too. They even provide senior citizen discount for breakfast, very thoughtful. Car park is ample and free. Breakfast options can be improved. It's not bad, they have very nice toast like the local kopitiam style but a little more options would be great.

I was delighted by this property. Spacious and clean rooms, modern throughout, excellent gym, good service. I had no issues whatsoever and would definitely enjoy staying there again. The only one comment I have is that I had a mixed experience at the ground floor hotel restaurant. I ordered off their menu in the restaurant twice: the first time the food was excellent, the second time it was just "meh". To be fair I ordered an Indian lamb dish and I think they don't serve that very often. Nothing.

The location is within the tourist spots, within the city centre, a very strategic hotel with lots of access to food and walkaround. Everything still ok, just that the hotel never provide moisturizer

The bathroom tiles can be very slippery if there is water. Need to make sure dry all the times.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Dusit Princess Melaka. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely helpful, warm, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made resting after a long day an absolute pleasure. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, and it really shows. The breakfast was superb — a great variety, fresh, well-presented, and absolutely delicious. It was one of the highlights of our stay and definitely exceeded expectations. Overall, Dusit Princess Melaka delivers excellent service, top-notch cleanliness, and a fantastic dining experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again. Na

New clean large room. Well appointed The breakfast was terrible and not worth the money. Step outside to the coffee shop out of the hotel. The so called valet service at rm35 was an absolute rip off. They charge me for them to drive to the opposite side of the street. And when I was leaving I had to go and pick it up myself. Better park inside the hotel. FOC for guest

I cut my toe in the bathroom pretty badly . The level of tiles in the bathroom is lower than in the hallway . I smacked my toe there. It's my fault, but it should have a warning sign somewhere there
