Pool water not so clean and aircond not so cool like normal Aircond.

Everything was good ! We stayed for 2 nights , family of 3 (2 adults and kid). The room was specious, breakfast was full of choice. Location was near to the city center. We enjoyed our stay! First time I saw this way of bedding, it’s ok but looks different from the usual way. Also one night we didn’t have a full sheet, the bed cover was done from 2 small sheets. In general Ok, just surprised :)

I love ibis's bed. Always my 1st choice for hotel. Very comfortable bed they have. I suggest they can upgrade their coffee machine. Would love to have a cup of cappuccino for breakfast.

Excellent location and good brand hotel in Malacca. Good breakfast. Excellent staff. Limited options in breakfast which has opportunity for improvement. Lobby furniture needs to be more comfortable as current furniture gives an impression that customers are not welcome to site as it is just to uncomfortable.

1. Great location, Jonker Street and historical sites are within walking distance. 2. Good restaurants within walking distance, but mostly non-halal. 3. Extended checkout time to 12pm. 4. Spacios parking lots. 5. Friendly workers at the swimming pool area. 6. Comfortable mattress. 1. The front desk officer assisting on the check-in was inexperienced in handling check-ins and queries. 2. The swimming pool toilet is not well maintained.

Breakfast not much variety No laundry plastic bag, No shampoos and toilet tissue roll very limited, no mineral water, must take from the filter inside the toilet, no bathing soap, towels not enough.

Location near to Jonker Walk, eateries and convenience store. (Walking Distance) Room cleaning was done daily by room service. Spacious free car park. Swimming pool and gym. Room window facing and near to next door apartment building window. So basically not feel comfortable opening up the window curtain. Water leaking from room ceiling and dripping onto the room floor on last day of staying. Not sure because of leaking piping or the heavy rain because room was at the last floor. The room lacking of sound proof, can hear people opening and closing door clearly.
