Theres an elevator not only stairs I asked for more toilet paper, but then the staff said if i ask for another one, i need to pay. I meant we stayed there for some nights so ofc itll run out quickly. The room smells damp, no dividers in the bathroom so the floor can be all wet

Free car park but got to be early. I chose this hotel due to its location, happen to be quite close to places we can reach on foot. I called the hotel telling them about my booking and I asked if I could have a room without carpet. They told me it's possible. While checking in, they gave me a room with carpet and can't change as it was full house. The moment we walked into room, the smell from the carpet was really bad, had to open the window, full blast on air conditioner. Definitely will NOT go back ever. Car park is nice, but I don't sleep at the car park. Hotel owner may want to consider to remove the carpets, it's hard to maintain, non hygienic. Carpet is no longer preferred in hotel anymore. Personally, I would choose hotel rooms without the carpet. Booking.com may want to explicitly show this on your website.

The room was very clean and the staff was super helpful. You could fill your water bottle up in the hallway which was very nice.

Best thing was brand new AC but it always takes awhile when you first enter room because it only works when you have the room key in the room slot. Needs major updates and old furnishings, carpet, small desk TV etc.
