Location is good, walking distance to a lot of attractions. No WIFI, TV with no working channels, not smart tv, cannot use washing machine. Swimming pool has too many people. Shared with hotel

just the rooms Front desk people need to be more informative rather than hiding behind the desk and answering only when there is a question for directions or information. There is no directions listed or a guide to navigate the towers, the lift lobbies have no air circulation, the lifts are poorly maintained, and service staff anyhow enter and block the lifts. There is no preference for guests or respect for guests, and the car park and common areas are filthy and not mainted everywere i see leaks and mould

Room cleanliness is very bad, disaster. There some bedbugs and ants on our bed. And we have baby too. Paid RM300 for worst accommodation. Hot water and refrigerator not functioning well.

Staff was helpful and polite. Room floor was dusty, there were stains on the lounge chair cover, bathtub was leaking, bathroom floor was completely wet when we checked in.

Room - OK not bad Surrounding - good easy access to the mall and boat riding etc Pool - need to improve - dangerous water all over the floor need to improve the water level from the pool, very dangerous if people fall down either kids, adult or elderly may harm us, too much water not wet but FLOODED lift - very confusing because link to other building, mall and other hotel. Lack of signage from the parking, no clear BIG direction which lift to take to go the lobby or room, putting note on the key paper is not much help, please put BIG signage at the parking easy for people to understand, most guest having problem searching for the right direction and building, people carrying luggage, personal items, kids and etc, so sorry to see them struggling with kids and bags. Please IMPROVE

The hospitality of the staff at the counter and staff in the cafe were very good. There were also great choices with the food. The room were also spaces and fit my expectations. The children were enjoying themselves at the pool. In my opinion, the bathroom in the room was quite transparent and its built uncomfortable situations or unpleasant feelings when we used it because we were staying with our friends especially for the Muslims.

liked the room very much. It was very comfortable and met my expectations. The hotel is also located right in the city, which is very convenient, especially for my father, who is physically challenged. The hotel breakfast should include more meal options. I felt that there was not much variety considering the price paid.

The Shore Hotel is connected to Swiss-Garden Hotel, and a Mall. What I like is that while the location is a short Grab ride to Jonker Walk, it is away from the noise and busyness of the touristy areas. The breakfast spread was decent, comprising mainly local dishes like Nasi Lemak, porridge, fried rice, nonya laksa, etc. The stand out dish for me was the Nonya Laksa. It was cooked 'with love' as Roslee, the chef manning this station proclaimed. On the 2nd morning of our stay, the staff was overwhelmed by the large breakfast crowd and faced challenges in clearing the tables fast enough, such that a long Q formed to get in.

The unit was awesome ? Special thanks to housekeepers.. ? I booked homestay (not Hotel room)and brought my families. Less kitchen facilities. Stove have but no pot, No diswash liquid. Request at room service they said no. And 28/03 for breakfast, the staff malay girl was very rude to us. I just asked her to change new spoon only but she showed her face and shes staring. We really fed up because I brought my husband and kids. They never give us free meals, I paid. REALLY DISAPPOINTED ?
