No roof top bar as advertised.. Disappointing. Pool not so clean. Only Outdoor parking. Soon will become more dilapidated.

The view from the top of the building is very beautiful, but the condition of the facility room has not been renovated, which spoils the view What I don't like is that every time I stay at any hotel through booking, my room must be at the back or near the hotel's facility store. Why?

1. Location - At Bunga Raya which is a walking distance to the shopping malls with nearby some good foods. 2. Parking lots - Available parking lots with EV charger (need to pay). Just that no shelter including the pedestrian walkway. 3. Room - Modern nice room. Not very spacious but is more than enough. Universal power socket near the bed and the table which can be use for work. TV, refrigerator, centralized air-cond, iron, safe box, kettle all complete. 4. Bathroom - The wardrobe was inside the bathroom so you can just done everything inside the bathroom. Multiple mirrors and hair dryer also provided. 5. Cleanliness - The hotel common area and the bedroom was clean. 6. Quiet - During my stay, it was quiet when I was in my room which I assumed it has a good soundproof. 7. WiFi - Workable WiFi with normal speed which still acceptable if need to use for work. 1. Drinking water - Was only give 2 bottles of mineral water and saw the price list will be charged for more.

The price goes up so suddenly during the festive season. I had to cancel my extend stay due to the price being too high.

Swimming pool not well maintained. Some weird and funny smell around swimming pool area. Also the swimming pool area is so quite,no pubs/bar open. The wood of the roofdeck almost broken into pieces haha so scary.

We can walk about 20 minutes to reach at bandar hilir. 1.There are some bread/biscuits crumbs on floor. 2.We've got bite by...i don't know, its bugs or mites. It's a little bit itchy while sleeping and we got bite marks early morning.

Only the location was central and parking is EV friendly with very cheap overnight charging. The cleanliness was very, very bad. My wife and several other family members in other rooms had rashes from the dustmites!!!! How is it possible you're operating a hotel and have such terrible conditions?!?! It only looks okay but the real situation is horrible!!!! The towels are supposed to be white but are actually gray in color!!!!! I cannot come back to this hotel again. My family bans it! And the rain shower head literally POPPED up in room 519!!!! Turn on the shower and you will see the water falls from the side of the shower head.
