the location was very good. The room was spacious enough the rooms were not cleaned properly. The tables and bedside tables were not clean. The cups and glasses were dirty. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly. The shower head was missing and the glass panels were dirty.

The bathroom shower glass and towel look a bit dirty. I stay on the 2nd floor, we can hear rats scurrying around in the ceiling of my room at night, it's not comfortable and can't sleep well

Really close to the popular attractions. Free parking is definitely great.

Staff should be given knowledge training on the hotel and it's Surroundings when they can answer questions on directions to places. So far I am happy with the service provided.

A drunk Customer make noise and want to Open my room next to his room.On my second night Saturday (27/9/2025).This man disturb me and my wife to sleep from 1a.m until 3 a.m,this make my day bad.

Location is great. The hotel rooms was pretty rundown and also had a no so pleasant smell. Air con was not functioning well and no tea spoon was provided although coffee powder and teabags was given.
