The location is absolutely heaven, nearby or more like next to Jonker street and just a walk a way from the Stadthuys, also with the riverside. Nothing just it is thin wall so you can hear next door people talking or walking but all good honestly.

The location. The bed was very big. Too dim, door’s lock at bathroom was broken, ventilation not good. No lift.

Very Close to a lot of key locations (Jonker Street, Baba Nyonya Museum, Cheng Ho Museum), right across the police station. If you're hungry there's at least 4 restaurants within 10 steps! Recommended for couples or solo travelers! Very limited parking spaces. The hotel owner was very kind enough to let us parked at the only parking space for the hotel. This is not a critic but a praise for the hotel owner. Melaka Tourism higher ups should really consider building more parking spaces if they want more tourists.

I booked the king bed and they give us queen bed,I wait 2hours to get the room ready for us to check in..? They give us a room on 3th floor and no lift .... We have to carry our bag no assistant... A small boy is take charge at the counter and a old lady say no other workers is available..? This hotel is near jonker st but no car park facility and we have to park our car same 500kms away.......Pay RM12.00 a night... What a experience for us... Luckily it is very near to jonker st so we did enjoy walking around to experience the cny environment........hahaha We booked king size bed bed get only the Queen size bed......Price the same....

Water flow for shower so small and slow ??♀️??♀️??♀️, there's black out for 3 hours in the summer hot afternoon???, the room right on top of a small bar so music till 12AM???

The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is horrible. Drainage of Bath tub is blocked. Leakage of water from the upper floor.

There's no ppl working at front desk. Had to call and call before someone eventually came down to open the door.

The receptionist was rude. We came in at 4 pm to check in, but she said the key was still upstairs. So we waited till 4:30 pm, still no key. My friend asked her to check the key, then the staff went upstairs to get it. Came downstairs and handed it very rudely to my friend without apologising.
