This is an exceptional boutique hotel. I expected something much less, but I got what I told friends a 5-star treatment. I recommend this place highly. For the money I paid, I got more than I should.

THe hotel location was excellent. It is within walking distance to all the places that we wanted to explore - be it for the meals (cafes, restuarants) and cultural places like museums. Jonker street is just less than a 5min stroll/walk away. The room is clean and big enough, comfortable to stay - we did not stay in the room but just for resting at the end of the day or to unload our tibits, goodies shopping bags and to stay away from the heat (room air conditioner is strong). Didn't take the hotel breakfast too since there are so many nice cafes along the street. Parking is easy and free too at the back of the hotel but is limited so may be problematic if is during peak period. Room wifi is working well too. Friendly staff and easy to communicate in english. The water pressure from the rain shower head iwould be better if is stronger. The drinking water bottles are not replenished daily. It is limited to 2 bottles per stay regardless of no of night stays. Pilows in my own standard are too low and soft but they provided 4 pillows and 2 cushions to make up for it. Overall I would still say the stay is a commfortable one.

Location is unbeatable. Walking distance to all the historical sites, museums, restaurants and the river. Our room was in the back -- so we had a little balcony overlooking the river. The room could use a ceiling fan so that we don't have to turn the air-con on all the time.

Requested ice and they didn’t have ice. The fridge goes off every time you leave the room so they should offer ice or a way to keep things cold.

I really do like the location, everything is walk able from that area. The hotel is well preserved in the historical context as well. The only thing I dont like was the shower head.

The location is perfect, easy walk to any area, either side of river. Many great cafes and restaurants in area. The premier deluxe room with the balcony is lovely! Spacious and great view to part of the river area. It was quiet. The staff is great! Helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend, especially the premier deluxe with balcony. (Stayed 2 nights in regular room and 5 in premier deluxe).

Location was very strategic, close to the main sights and attractions, as well as my meeting venue. Prices are reasonable. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Mr. Zul. Close to the airport as well. Lack of proper parking facilities, which made dropping off and picking up by vehicles challenging. No option for breakfast, but it's not a deal breaker.

I chose a room that faced out onto the road behind which had a lovely balcony with furniture and views of the river. Lovely quaint hotel in a shophouse. Great location close to Red Square, Jonkers St and the river. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful
