Towel is old.

I like the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. I didn't like some of the operation of the hotel. A simple thing eg: mineral water. They only provide a small bottle of mineral water for us. When we asked for more, they told us that we are supposed to pay extra for it. They should also provide umbrellas for customers to use in case of rainy days.

Great location near to Jonkers Walk. Breakfast was nice but limited. Staff were friendly. Room was an inner room which had a window over one of the staircases. The light remained on all night and the louvred blinds they had still let in light so the sleep was not restful. The room was large and well furnished and overall comfortable.

Room was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It faced onto the main road but there was little noise. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and plenty of amenities. We had a good local breakfast and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. It is in the old town so most of the sights to see were within walking distance. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The building itself was amazing and plenty of places to wander around and relax. 24 hour security was there. All staff were pleasant and helpful As it had no lift, perhaps it should have mentioned that the rooms were upstairs.

I got the room on the 3rd floor..Really loved it ..Big room with a king bed..The sitting area in the room was really nice ..Deco of the room was really outstanding..Bathroom was huge ..Nothing to complain about in that room..Everything was perfect..Staff was very polite, friendly and so helpful. Has a person who doesn't normally have breadfast..This is one of the best breadfast I had ..The breadfast was so delicious ? and outstanding..It made me feel at home during my young days ..Everything was perfect from the porridge, spaghetti , nasi Lemak with the chicken rending, Bihun and lots more . Enjoyed every moment of my breadfast..Only thing I feel maybe a coffee machine could be installed so guest can get a latte for breadfast will be great .. Nothing not to like , everything was great..

Really spacious, big room with great furniture. Hotel is in a period building and it is perfectly maintained. Breakfast for westerners could do with more choices! Or at the very least hotel should provide more fruit choices other than orange.

Honestly, I expected more from a four-star hotel. The suite is very spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the hotel’s decor is authentic. The breakfast is tasty but offers very limited choices. The location is excellent. My room was quite bright and noisy, and the air conditioning made a lot of noise. The room smells damp. Due to low occupancy, the selection was reduced to à la carte on the second day. It seems that the information on Booking is not entirely up to date—for example, there is no longer a fitness center.

Stairs. It may not suitable for very old people. Should let the hotel know if you are required to stay on the ground floor.

The hotel is located in a historic building situated in the center of Malacca. Free parking is available and staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast could be better, with more veggie options.

Great location, great rooms in a local style building. It was really well kept up! Just a great place, for sure will go back! Super close to Jonker, but it was quiet on a Saturday and Sunday night. Nothing really, however, if stairs, and especially narrow stairs aren’t suitable for you, don’t stay here. It was a fantastic stay for us!

Good breakfast, friendly staff, historic building with original features. Old building had very noisy, creaky wooden floors in every room and no insulation between levels so you suffer every movement of upstair neighbors. Worse was the noise from old windows that could not keep the noise from outside. In the front rooms, the noise from cars passing over a loose manhole cover made sleeping impossible

The location is great, a short walking distance to Jonker Street and some main attractions in Melaka. The room is spacious. Best value for money.

Room would benefit from curtains - there is a lot of light & quite noisy at night. Breakfast was adequate - appreciate it is difficult to cater for all but more western options would be good miscommunication / language barrier at breakfast

Excellent location, a short walk to shopping, markets, restaurants, museums. Breakfast was pretty average, but that's a minor complaint.

Heeren Palm Suites is centrally located for easy access to all the sites of Melacca. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room very comfortable and clean.
