The thing between the two beds Couldn’t scan in the lift.. for a while And the breakfast was not good at all First day the nasi lemak rice was dry/half cooked So did not enjoy the breakfast which i always look forward

great location. able to do night stroll alongside the river. they have their own rivercruise stop as well. very huge bathroom and deep bath tub, though the water just leak through out the shower area when emptying the tub. the floor i hate the oily floor. thank god they provide slippers, if not i dont think i want to step on the floor. the breakfast was not worth it. i cant find the toaster hmmm can only see the big oven there on the buffet which normally use in hotel kitchen to bake frozen bread.

We arrived early and requested for early check if possible. Hotel staff are courteous and very helpful. Thankful to Vanitha who helped us to get early check in although the rooms offered were different than the ones we booked. We were happy and satisfied with the rooms offered. The heritage view from one of the room was worth it. Nothing

Poor soundproof , -people was laugh and speak loudly at walk way in the mid night. - can hear people talking from the next room. The toilet lock was not function.

The room was awesome. Very spacious indeed! The bathroom door...the tv & channels, lastly the breakfast! same menu for 2 days!

The front staffs/receptionist. They were friendly and helpful, especially the malay girl and the manager (I think) - Vanitha who helped me with the room change done immediately. - Room & bathroom was okay. The breakfast was totally not good..! It was not fresh at all overall for all the items, no cereal options and the omelet took longer time to make and didn't do as per request. - TV channels not really working, no radio options.

the location is very strategic location the swimming pool water need to be heated cause its very cool and kids might get cold

room breakfast. During my stay, the dishes were slow to arrive, and some food items were empty, requiring time to refill them.

Room was spacious, well lit, clean and AC worked well. Beds were large, comfortable and firm. Liked the kitchenette. Dining table could be bigger with more chairs. Toilet cistern was not working properly, water kept flowing. We had to turn water inlet on and off to stop wasting water but this was a minor issue. Would have liked for hotel to have a gym. Corridors leading to room on our floor could be refreshed as it was rather dark and smelled a bit musty.
