Needs a bit of maintenance. Shower tub needs minor touch up, shower curtain needs replacing & water pressure on bidet hose’s too strong. Ceiling fan has rattling sound.

The hotel is located in comfortable location and the staffs are nice they can recommend for better restaurants than chat got No soundproof so you hear everything around

The fan very noisy. Bathroom cleanest 5/10 only. Maybe due to the old building. .

Steep stairs at points and loud due to Jonker street on the weekend.

The location was wonderful. It was in easy walking distance of everything. My stay was during the middle of the week; the area seemed safe and I got the quiet room as promised. The pillows were not very comfortable. The lighting, while adequate, was a harsh white light -- not very relaxing.

Staff was warm & friendly. Allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel & subsequent early check in when the room was ready. Location was excellent as we could visit the weekend night market easily. -

Perfect location in the centre of Jonker Street. Lots of food/shops within walking distance. Rooms were clean and serviced every day. Staff were lovely. A welcome drink on check-in. Helped organise a Grab when we checked out. The stairs made it tricky to get your bags up. We didn’t have too much trouble, but if you find lifting heavy bags whilst walking up the stairs, maybe look at a different hotel

Top location right at the beginning of Jonker Street. Car park free of charge at the hotel. Large room, good beds. A bit out-worn. "Local" understanding of comfort. Hidden service charge.

The hotel is in a good location and has its own parking lot. The staff is also nice. The male staff who was still on duty at 6 o'clock on 29/1/2025 was very nice. It's just that the quality of tourists is not very high. They walked loudly and dragged the chairs during the rest time at night. After complaining at night, they came again at more than 7 o'clock in the morning. And we have to drive a long distance to go home. The sound insulation between the upper and lower rooms is too poor. If the upstairs people walk vigorously, the people downstairs will not be able to rest.
