easily walk to jonker street there was musty smell when we open the door and enter the room, difficult to get the parking lot

If possible please fix the sockets and please provide the mineral water but over all the facilities is nice staff is friendly, the price is bit expensive maybe it because its near jonker street and others historical places.

The shared bathroom has no sink making hand and face washing very difficult

Mira is a splendid staff, friendly and approachable. should reward her for being a very good staff. I travelled a lot and her service is up to par with a good 3-5 stars hotel. room was clean and adequate nothing to like but few things can be improve example : toiletries not available and the water pressure at the shared bathroom is quite low hair dryer at the common area would be nice other than iron board and iron

The bed itself was comfy and it was great having both Aircon and a fan in the room. The shared bathroom was very dirty and not cleaned at all during our stay. We lost something under the bed and found it was very dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. We arrived very early in the morning and despite having a message to say we could check in early for 50MYR were told it was not possible to check in before 3pm.

Lovely room in a great place. In love with the location which in front of an unpredictably beautiful historical mosque, just a few steps from the hotel door! The staff is very welcoming and friendly ? Great place for a Muslim family. And you can just park your car in front of the hotel♥️

The staff at the counter were very good and very helpful he also suggested a place to eat,sightseeing and river cruise..nice talking to him(malay guy) Can upgrade cleanliness for the bathroom,need to wash away mold.. overall a very good
