The location was convenient to the Metro The room was extremely small for a family of 4, and had no basic necessities that one would expect. There was no closet or counter space, no mini-fridge or water, and the shower was also very tiny.

The staff were great, very helpful and nice. Breakfast ok. It was too hot in all comunal areas. The room was too small and very expensive for what they have to offer.

There are trains passing all the time and you can hear them and feel them, which is the only thing we didn't like about the place.

Train noise but it was not to bad. After a long day in paris you don't notice it too much.

The location, breakfast and parking are really well-suited for our family trip. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. It is not in the Les Marais and Saint Germain Des Pres areas but it served our family really well. Most of the guests we met during breakfast were French families. I really like the loft family room which provided extra and private space for the family. Our bus stop is just near Porte de Vanves, which could be considered far for others but was very convenient for us. Other than that, I have no other things I do not like.

Position perfect to attend to a fair in the Expo Port de Versailles.

Nice staff: The first room that I was given had some issues but the staff changed it easily to a better one. My room was on the side of the railroad, which caused some noises when the window was open.

The corridors where smelly, the room missing mini bar...

I want refund sink was blocked W/c had issue Water dispenser to buy water was not depending staff said it not the hotel property never going to come back. Not what we paid for

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was fine The location is awful. It is right next to a railway line so very noisy if you are on the wrong side. The area feels unsafe, too.

The staff were really kind and friendly. The location was great and the quality of breakfast was acceptable. I think you get what you paid for, regardless of all the positive aspects I can say the hotel was not generally clean and that's what bothered me. Also, the hotel was close to the train station, you can hear the trains passing but It did not bother me as much as the cleanliness.

clean comfortable experience, love the loft room design, nice window, nice friendly neighborhood close to the station needed coffee and tea or a kettle in the room, the breakfast had "eggs" but they were the fake mix and cooked poorly. If you don't need eggs, the other items of bread and tea/coffee were fine. Would have liked to have shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the room

Staff was friendly Train tracks near the hotel and poor acoustic insulation. The shower leaks water and breakfast is very limited.

Good eateries reasonably close by The train lines are right behind the hotel and took a bit to get used to the noise if you had the window open It is a reasonable walk into the city centre but not unsurmountable

Nothing Air conditioner not working properly. We had two step of room. Up portion of room was very hot. So we slept down portion of room 4 people instead of two person.
