Very new feel, staff helpful & attentive. I sure wish every hotel (including other Novotels) offered free drinking water stations like this one! It was more than I expected euro wise

We loved access to metro, warmth of staff, and comfort of rooms. I wished the hotel had a restaurant with late night eating options, but so close to restaurants which mitigated need for restaurants.

If you book uber or taxi they where confuse bcoz they have 2 hotels in same street or location

It was big, close to a metro station, breakfast OK. The staff was paying attention to the people entering and leaving and also to the kids! Many parents let their children unattended and the staff did their best to kept them safe, we saw this twice! The toilet room was smelly.

Staff No small washcloths in bathroom Lighting in room had to be activated by room key upon entering the room and it was not easy to access the light switch for each room.

Excellent location, very close to transport options. All major attractions with in 15 mins travel time. Spacious Room, very clean. Many halal options in the area. Though I understand the staff was under pressure due to full occupancy, the way they initially handled the non availability of room was a bit disappointing. With a pregnant wife, waiting too long is difficult and I wish the staff had shown a little more empathy. Still overall we were happy with the stay.

Modern, clean, very friendly staff If I had to find one little thing, it Would be that I would have loved a rooftop bar.

Staff was friendly and gave good advice on transportation. Heating and cooling, couldn't control the thermostat in my room. Had to request access to locked windows to allow for some cool air. The air conditioning did not work most of the nights we were there.

The hotel is conveniently located, with spacious rooms and a modern design. The check-in process was smooth, and staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my stay was negatively affected because I experienced bed bug bites during the nights. This caused discomfort and impacted my overall stay. Cleanliness and hygiene standards need urgent improvement.

The location is clean and easy to get the rides. No flat iron, no conditioner, not enough coffee.
