Good value for money, very helpful staff.

Great value for the money! Seriously, this was the cheapest option on Booking that we could find, and it’s in a really good, super safe neighborhood. The subway is right there, and public transport runs great. Yeah, the room looks a bit worn down, like the walls are a little scuffed, but honestly, what do you expect for this money? And what’s the difference if it’s clean? They literally clean every single day, change the towels, and there’s soap. I think the staff and the hotel overall are very good, we really liked it, and it’s definitely worth its money

The front desk clerk (Mo) recognized us from our stay 3 years ago and gave us a room with a view at the top floor. To me, that was the best location in the hotel. We really appreciated that. The street construction right in front of the building caused some inconvenience. It would have been nice if we were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Quiet location easy to get to towet & museums I paid for an extra night as my original Rouen plan was cancelled

Nothing it sucked When we first got to the hotel the receptionist gave us literally no information for our room, no instructions or anything. Lift was so small it felt like it was going to break down. We got into the room and it was dead hot, no aircon what so ever. Had one window. When you open the bathroom door it touches the bed, when you have a shower u basically touch the wall, when you go toilet you could probably do your skincare routine at the same time it’s that close. too small of a place, uncomfortable and bad location so far from everything. And also our second night there a man was yelling at 3am in the morning and something and he kept yelling throughout the night and just Kept slurring.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and strategic location. Neighborhood boulangeries, cafés, laundry, supermarkets and shoe cobblers, that makes one feel like a Parisian (not as a tourist). At a 10mins walk from public transport. Would love to return! Tiny bathroom and shower. Extremely small elevator (lift), but helpful when moving suitcases/luggage.

Great neighborhood location: Quiet, safe and walking distance to Metro, Tram and buses. Several quaint, bistrot-like restaurants and cafés. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Bathroom wasn't updated and quite small. Would have appreciated to be told we could refill our water containers and not be charged €2 for each tiny water bottle.

Toilet was not clean when I occupied.As the weather was very hot i was not comfortable with the small fan in the room.

horrible, disappointed My experience at that hotel was the worst. The front desk man had a terrible attitude, there was no air conditioning in the room and Paris was experiencing that awful heat wave, there was no shower gel in the bathroom, they only changed the sheets every 3 days and with all the sweating I had to go to the front desk to complain, and that man, with a very bad attitude, told me that they were changed every 3 days, the shower had mold, in short, I don't recommend it, it's horribl
