The included breakfast had a lot of options and all the food tasted great. The hairdryer was incredibly weak.

The location was good. Major road and close to lots of places. Renovation was in progress and quite noisy during the resting time.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Our first room had a bit of water leaking, but within 10min we got assigned to a new room. The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is awesome, and we could even arrange take-away breakfast for our sunrise trip. Can be a bit noisy if windows are facing the street. Not walkable distance from the center, but quick and easy to reach by taxi or scooter.

The staff was very nice and helpfull. The breakfast had lots of options, both Indonesian and Western. The location is perfect for exploring nearby waterfalls.

A beautiful hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Really clean and comfortable room with a nice restaurant and amazing breakfast! Also packed us up a breakfast for 2 trips we did. This felt like a luxurious stay for a very good price. It is a bit out of the way and apart from their restaurant, which is good, and one across the road there's not a great deal of choice. However, grab and gojek mean you can get anywhere really cheaply so not an issue.

Very nice lobby and reception area. Very big rooms. Good massages. Nice room service. No doubt the room has been amazing 20 years ago. But they are in great need of care and renovation. It has a very shabby look to it. Stains everywhere, paint coming off, holes... also, there was construction going on, so there was very loud hammering sounds several hours every day from early morning. The spa area and pool could really use an upgrade as well!

We got there early and they prepared our room earlier and we could check in early. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was not the greatest. Malang can be really crowded during the weekend. Prepare to be stuck in a traffic to get to downtown area from this location.

Great location in the city centre. Toilet does not fluss good, really annoying. Room must be more cleaner and the bathroom as well (molds everywhere)

Clean hotel we stopped by to start our trip to Tupac Cewu. Super friendly staff and easy to reach with Grab. Bit remote location

spacious enough to place my luggage properly and spot for my sholat’s and the bed is also very comfortable, breakfast menu is so good and i like the bubur madura stall ? the price maybe ??
