The view from the room window was amazing since it is the highest building nearby. The staff was really friendly, and the food was really good. The location was perfect for pickups to the sightseeing spots (Mount Bromo etc.). The hotel is located at the main road through Malang, which is convenient for pickups for day trips, but not optimal for walking near the hotel area (very busy and loud).

Food is amazing and staff was soo helpfull and kind Feel like home Refrigerator is out of service ☹️ and give bed smell

Breakfast and pool was nice. When you decrease the amount of amenities and I even had to ask for tooth brush and toothpaste from the room service in the name of protecting the earth etc, that really lowers your value and makes me reconsider staying there again. And you could at least provide drinking water in reusable glass bottles, instead to have taking it self from a water dispenser in the hallway.

The room had a good size with a good view of the city. Breakfeast could have more options. More fresh bread would be good. The bathroom was a little bit weird and no hand towel and soap in the sink in the first day.

I absolutely enjoyed staying at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, e.g., they helped me booking bus tickets and printing them. Aside from tgat they always had a smile on their face. The room was very comfortable and provided aircon, fridge, kettle, complimentary water/coffee/tea, safe. A hairdryer could be borrowed from the reception desk. The views from my room on the 11th floor were amazing. I especially liked the interior design. The hotel’s location was quite central with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. I would come back in a heartbeat! N/A
