Nice staff, cheap The beds were really dirty, as if someone had slept in them with dirty clothes and shoes and they hadn't been changed. Additionally we needed to buy toilet paper there.It was really loud as if the place had paper walls, we got woken up by a parade at 7 in the morning, but it felt like the parade was happening in the room. Later people were smoking and watching loud reels in the hallway, you literally were able to hear everything :/

Nothing Did checkin, room was dirty, sheets were turned inside out full of stains and very smelly. I have asked for new sheets but they didnt have enough. I woke up in the morning thinking that I had a breakfast included but didnt even though my booking said I had. Told the staff and brought me 2 breakfasts instead of 3. I asked for an early checkout as I didnt want to stay 2 nights after the bad experience, but they did not return the money. I left very disappointed. There is no sink to clean your teeth and the room is so noisy.. never again!

There’s AC and hot water, the room is clean. The staff is not really welcoming, there is no paper at all even if you ask them.

Bead is amazing I mean it’s probably the best bed I’ve slept in in years but in room 10 A little noisy and the staff don’t understand English at all so you need to use translate

If I go back to malang again this guest house will be my destination The stuff they are really good but only one problem they don’t speak English. They have to find someone to speak English because I saw foreigners not only me they just use Google translate. If they did not find someone speak English. They will lose customers from another country.

The room was clean and the two young ladies at the reception were pleasant but spoke very little English. There was no hot water and there was no sink or hand basin in the room. On top of that, despite having received a confirmation from booking.com, when I arrived, they said I didn't have a booking. As I was very tired, I didn't have the patience to look elsewhere. After a long conversation with the reception through Google translate, I managed to get connected with the manager. While talking to the manager through WhatsApp, she told me a room is available but it will cost much more than my confirmed booking. It took 2-3 hours to come to an agreement and I finally rebooked the room at a higher price for the night. However, I checked out the next morning and moved to another accommodation. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Bed is big and room is spacious. Supermarket is just a walk away if you need something. Pillow was so hard that i did not even use it. There is no bathroom sink to all rooms in this guesthouse so imagine if you want to wash hands, brush your teeth or wash your face; you have to open the shower which is totally hassle. I can hear the people outside so it’s really noisy inside the room.

Price was cheap We paid the price for one room to check in early (could have booked another night then), one of our two rooms had no warm water. Two of the four beds were broken (still worked, but looked like they would fall apart soon). Quite a few spiderwebs. Not enough power outlets (we just found one).

The room and bathroom were very spacious and had a lot of cupboards. Everything on our room worked well :) The staff were very kind and it was a great stay! Great for the price too :)

It was clean Bed and pillows were comfy And close taxi to activities in Malang No toilet paper, bin in toilet and sink Noisy as windows to the corridor were mesh. One night a loud family woke up in the early hours of the morning and heard everything

The place easy to find and near go to road n rail station The place so noisy. Not respect other customer in the room to rest. We also pay the room but outside the room so noisy.
