lokasi enak, dekat pasar, staff semua juga ramah. Kemana mana juga dekat, stasiun juga dekat dan bisa di akses dengan kendaraan umum. Paling tidak menyenangkan adalah kolam renangnya. terlihat kotor dan karena tertutup, jadinya butek dan tidak menyenangkan.

Nice, spacious rooms. Conveniently located. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choices (both Indonesian and Western) and super tasty herbal tea. Hotel has spa where you can get really good massage - just remember to book in advance as they are a bit busy. The swimming pool is not the best one.

completed a 3-night stay at the 101 Malang OJ hotel, and it was a really pleasant experience. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable with modern amenities. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide array of options from Indonesian and traditional Asian to Western. The gym was much larger than I expected, and it was nice to have a variety of machines and workout tools to use. They also have a beautiful rooftop terrace with great city views. There is a happy hour from 4:00 to 6:00 that offers 2 for 1 beer specials, and while they don’t have traditional cocktails, there are many coffee and mocktail options to choose from. The room was spacious; water pressure was great and the bed was very comfortable. We never had issues with the wifi, and the speed of the wifi was fine throughout our stay. We booked a tour to Mt. Bromo, which picked us up after midnight. The hotel was kind enough to pack us breakfast boxes and have them ready for us at midnight. It was a really nice touch. Everything was great

Clean hotel. Spacious room. Breakfast choice. Visited this hotel already several times previously,which was quit OK. This time a very unpleasant arrival. No welcome feeling at all. Not helpfull on arrival but everybody could see that I got a little handicap this time. Security guard rushed in for assistance in stead of employee at 2 mtr distance.!! Check-in experience very bad, Experienced female employee at check -in desk is not assisting or guiding here in-experienced collegue. Communication not good. It looks if in-experienced employees or apprentices running the hotel. Employees not aware what kind of standard is expected and should be delivered for this price. Couldn't control the AC in room . Bed area was very hot when sleeping. Rooms are not proper pre-checked or prepared prior arrival guests resulting in issues in the room. Lack of employee training view the hotel standard .

The stadf and location are nice. However, the airconditioning is very, very dirty and gave me a flu and difficulty breathing. This was dangerous and hazardous. Lastly, the breakfast was quite underwhelming
