The staff was always very kind, smiling, and willing to help out.

Everything was perfect. An incredible hostel. Staff were some of the nicest I’ve met, by far the cleanest hostel I’ve been to in 2 months. Bunks were incredible and the wifi was awesome too. Super helpful with booking Java tours as well. Would go back in a heartbeat Nothing to note

Snooze Malang was literally one of the best hostels I have ever been. The design of the beds in the dorm gives you very cozy feeling of privacy as if you are in your own room with everything needed. Everything was very clean all the time. Very charming common area. The best of all were the ladies at the front desk. Very personal attitude since the first step of the stay there. Very helpful, very positive, vary welcoming. They all make the vibe of the place so great. Totally recommend Snooze Malang. Nothing, everything was perfect.

There was a small sink located outside the bathroom that was so small it was hard to use due to water overflowing out of it frequently. The small shelf installed over the sink was also not helpful, as it was easy to bump into it while brushing teeth or getting ready.

The facilities are absolutely incredible and so clean. There are many sitting areas and everything is overall so comfortable. The staff is amazing and always made me feel so at home:)

Words cannot describe how friendly the staff is and how nice my stay here was. Most luxury hostel experience: very clean and so hospitable. Even after leaving I received a beautiful personal farewell on Whatsapp. That I did not stay for longer.

Snooze Hostel was an exceptional place to stay—clean, comfortable, and impressively well-maintained. The accommodation was great! The room and bathrooms were very clean. Everyone at the reception was very kind, and we even got iced tea as a welcome drink. When I communicated with the hostel beforehand, they recommended companies that arrange transport from the airport to Malang, and I’m very thankful for that.

A real gem in Malang. The hostel is in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to the shopping street. There is plenty of space to hang out and chill and the room was spacious.

The people who work here need to get a raise because they did really well on treating their guest, really superstar. Love their architecture, we stay in economy room with the fan and shared bathroom and we were not expected that the room was not hot at all, and the shared bathroom was sparkling clean. I dont know how they do that but they did really well on keeping their place clean and tidy. There is a full set kitchen that we can use, a communal area where we can have a chat with other traveller. This hostel is very close to kayu tangan area, stasiun malang, and also a lot of cool cafe nearby, its a plus for this one. The receptionist always recommend something for you every day so dont worry if you dont have any plan or dont know what to do in malang. We love this hostel, and for sure we will be back. None

Wow! This place was so many amazing things, from the staff who were so helpful and friendly. They were super responsive on WhatsApp before we arrived. While there they made our stay feel like home. The room was spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The location was perfect. Hope to be able to return soon

Everything was perfect, the stuff was always friendly and helpful the room really nice and we loved the public space and big kitchen. It's also great to socialise and meet new people.
