The not so hot water in the shower and the brakefast.

Nothing honestly it had a weird and a bad energy it felt like we’re staying somewhere haunted we booked this place and it was as past the refund stage but despite that we booked another place within the few hours eventhough we did not get a refund here that’s how bad we felt it was. If you tell the hosts anything they will just tell you this is a first we’re so disappointed yada yada yada… instead of taking criticism in a constructive way. The front door also never closed completely and the place was in the middle of the jungle god knows what would’ve creeped in at night

Pool towel is missing but overall great

from the roof you can see the city is very beautiful. Limited opening and closing hours at the bar. On the roof it says it closes at 11 pm but at 10 pm you are not allowed to go upstairs. If it rains the floor is slippery upstairs. There is no smoking area upstairs. The smoking area is only on the 8th floor bar but sometimes it is full in that area with meetings and also the bar closes at 10 pm and you have to go downstairs every time you want to smoke.

Price, location, pool and roof restaurant

Quality of the rooms is okay and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately we arrived late and had to leave early in the morning, so we didn't have time to use the swimming pool and the rooftop restaurant. However, these did look good! The breakfast and the breakfast area were below expectations compared to the prices. We would've expected a bit more fresh food and a bit more (vegetarian) choices. The breakfast area looks like it could use a renovation.

This was a perfect stay. The bed was big and comfortable, there was a television in the room, a water boiler, some tea. The shower was big and had consistent hot water. The pool area on the rooftop looks really nice also and has an amazing view. The hotel is right there on walking distance of restaurants, coffee places, etc. Would stay again The sound of the traffic comes through the window loud.

Location. Value for money. Friendly staff. 2 restaurants. Better breakfast and pastry products. 2 restaurants and neither of them carried any diet drinks or Coke Zero! Towel quality needs to be better.

Area is close to the center. But on a busy street, with a lot of traffic (like most on Java). So not very enjoyable to walk around. You need bike or car to do anything. Not the hostel's fault, but annoying for pedestrians like me...

A great pool, convenient restaurant on site that took credit cards, and an incredibly responsive staff. We had our card reader for our door die and when I notified the front desk the maintenance man beat me to my room and had it fixed within a few minutes. The shower head was a bit rusted but it still worked perfected fine and the water pressure was great.

Super friendly and helpfull staff

Hotel can be cleaner in general and internet was week mostly.

Cafe was a bit pricey, but otherwise everything was great

The location is great and we really liked the rooftop. It has a great view of the area and is a nice spot for coffee in the morning. They had fully booked the hotel, which shouldn't be a problem, only that they could only provide one key card per room. But we had multiple guests in each room with different schedules so it was very inconvenient. My friend had to get ready for a wedding in the room without a keycard - so he had no A/C and they couldn't offer any solutions.

The room was quiet big, tho we got upgraded because for the Genius program. The roof top had a good view. Stuff was also nice. Be aware that all the pictures you see on booking or google are from at least few years back. Everything is very worn out. I understand there is a need for reconstruction, but nobody informed us that the rooftop bar is closed and usage of the pool will be in accompaniament of the workers. Breakfast in our option is very poor. Most of the food served is bad quality, food store/ ready stuff. The room itself was rather kind of one night stay. There is no warddrobe or place to put your close. Bathroom is smelly and there is fungus on the shower. The fan in the bathroom is so loud that you want to take the shower without the light.

Breakfast is to standard

The location is quite good, close to shops and local resto with a walk of about 3 - 10 minutes. The employees are not very friendly and the service is not optimal. I saw several employees smoking in the swimming pool area. There were also some staff talking and smoking in the corridor area.
