The place is near to convenience stores. The rate was reasonable. It is relatively close to train stations.

Overall very dirty and dusty. Not even sure if bed sheets are washed between guests. Lizards and many ants and mosquitoes in the room. Toilet is nothing like the photos- it’s a very rundown squatting toilet. There is no working sink and no shower. Does not take card unlike the website says. Cash only. Also very noisy and hot. Some rooms have no windows, and the ones that do are overlooking a noisy street. We booked a room with two beds are were given a single bed, one side sunken in with broken springs and very lumpy.
