The bathroom does smell bad, otherwise basic but everything was fair for the price

20 min walk from train station I’ve never seen so much mold in a bathroom. Also moldi ac in the sleeping room. Bathroom was super dirty, even wearing slippers I was disgusted. The mirror was so dirty I couldn’t see myself. The towel holder almost fell off the wall.

Check in and out was nice and easy Room and bathroom has lots of mold which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Also someone walking in on my while I was in my room, but they apologised.

Very good location but rooms not at all as shown in the pictures…. We first got a room full of mold and very strong unhealthy smell and asked the next day to change and we could and the room was also not very clean but better than the first one so for the price okay but if you like clean room, this is not it… if you like cheap room for just sleeping no chilling it’s okay for the price and i think the neighborhood doesn’t have better rooms. See above

The staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. Regrettably, the images on Booking.com do not accurately represent the reality of the accommodation. The room exhibits signs of significant decay, notably with cleanliness concerns such as widespread mold on the walls due to inadequate ventilation. The bed sheets showed signs of old blood stains and a musty odor. The bathroom experience resembled that of a heavily used porta-potty, with attempts to mask the smell with toilet refresher crumbs on the floor. We only stayed for one night due to our planned trip to Mt. Bromo; otherwise, we would have left immediately.

Friendly and helpful staff. Check in was smooth. Place is in the heart of Malang, right next to a mall and stadium but very quiet inside. It is an old house so the vibes will be bit gloomy but no issue with the facilities. AC, water heater, water dispenser, all were working very well. Overall a well maintained old place! The cover of the little oyo pillow seems not changed for quiet a while.

We left a day earlier and got a refund for the half night not used. Good location, a short walk from the center. Room and bathroom were really dirty and smelly. Towels smelled bad as well and were really old. It was some hairs on the bed. Ants and other insects walked around the room. Don’t recommend to stay more than one night.

Good place for couple of nights. Strategic location as pretty central and close to restaurants and cafes, but still a quiet area. Room is big, comfy bed and good WiFi. Hot shower and A/C. The only downside is that there's a bit of mould in the room that's a bit unpleasant.
